My Favorite Low-Waste, CBD/Protein Energy Bites!

If I are being honest, I eat these energy bites almost EVERY SINGLE DAY. They are so fun & easy to make, plus they are completely cruelty-free and low-waste! The only waste is coming from the glass CBD bottle, and can even be repurposed to make medicinal tinctures (the ultimate zero-waste!)

The following ingredients are all sourced from the organic bulk section (besides the CBD- click here to see why we use CBD daily!)
– 1 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1 chopped gala apple
– 1/4 cup walnuts
– 6 dates
– 2 tbs raw cacao
– dash of cinnamon

1️⃣ Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
2️⃣ Roll into balls.
3️⃣ Maybe make a raw cacao drizzle to add on top (raw cacao, liquified coconut oil, & a bit of date syrup).
Yum!!!!! These balls contain omega 3 & 6 from the CBD, protein from the nuts and seeds, vitamin C & fiber from the apple, and iron, calcium & B vitamins from the cacao.


Pro-tip: Crumble these balls on top of your açaí bowls as an organic, superfood granola.
